Blues at Bill's Pickin' Parlor

Blues Moon Radio is pleased to announce that Blues is now at Bill's Pickin' Parlor...

Blues Moon Radio and Bill's are collaborating to bring you the best in area (and regional Blues).

The headquarters of Bluegrass Music in the Carolinas now hosts Blues nights twice a month.

This Saturday, June 8, from 8-10 p.m., an all-ages show will feature the Hartness and Charles Project, featuring John Hartness on guitar and Anthony Charles on harmonica.

Hartness has been featured on Blues Moon Radio over the past year after opening for a Drink Small (the Blues Doctor) gig in Winnsboro, at the incomparable 1-4-5 Club. His music is a mix of Blues and country, and features great guitar picking and soulful Deep South tinged vocals.

Anthony Charles moved to the Carolinas from New York where he made his living in the recording studio. Charles shifted from piano to harmonica a few years ago, and is drawing audiences with his Chicago-based style.
